Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage with customers in-store, educate on GTI products, and recommend suitable regimens. You will support daily retail operations, ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, and assist with product check-out and inventory tasks.

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
• Must be 21 years or older and pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must be able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends
• Must be compliant with all cannabis industry regulations

Responsabilidades

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail environment
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend regimens and stay up-to-date on GTI products
• Support store operations and compliance
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy
• Maintain stock and store appearance
• Follow security and safety procedures
• Perform front of house and back of house duties
