Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage with customers in a dispensary, educate them on GTI products and safe consumption, and recommend personalized regimens. You will support store operations, maintain compliance with cannabis regulations, and help ensure a positive, customer-focused shopping experience.

The role requires prior customer service experience, flexibility with shifts, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver's license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend regimens and stay up to date on product knowledge.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
