Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a personable Personal Care Specialist in Ocala, FL. You will engage customers, explain cannabis products and safe usage, and help connect patients with the right regimen while maintaining a compliant, welcoming retail experience.

You will support store operations, stock, and patient information processes while upholding safety and regulatory standards. A positive attitude and readiness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen suited to each patient/customer's needs.
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented work environment.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support store operations to ensure smooth, compliant dispensary functioning.
• Ensure cannabis regulations are upheld and the sales floor is well-stocked.
