Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
• Meet scheduling/availability for varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends
• Must be 21+ and pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID and comply with cannabis regulations

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on needs and knowledge of GTI products
• Contribute to a positive, patient/customer oriented work environment
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and support store operations
• Maintain compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and HIPAA requirements
• Ensure sales floor is stocked and store appearance is maintained
• Handle front-of-house and back-of-house tasks as assigned
