Fall Creek Farm & Nursery is seeking a Cannabis Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, provide educational consulting, and support effective retail operations in our Westover store. You will greet customers, explain product types and usage, build rapport with regulars, handle transactions, and ensure compliance with state regulations while maintaining a clean, organized shop.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local regulations.
• Criminal background check and state badging may be required.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids and product applications.
• Ability to use basic office software (Word, Excel, email).
• Familiarity with cannabis laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage as a wellness product.
• Build rapport to promote repeat business.
• Assist with online order accuracy and in-store stock.
• Process transactions at the POS and maintain accurate inventory.
• Stay compliant with local, state, and company regulations.
