Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY seeks a Cannabis Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and educational consulting. You will help customers navigate cannabis products and assist with patient record management as required.

You will greet customers, educate on product types and methods, and promote repeat business in a fast-paced retail environment. Maintain clean workstations and ensure order accuracy while complying with state laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ and compliant with local/state regulations.
• Criminal background check and appropriate state badging as directed.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes, and product applications.
• Ability to use office equipment and software (Word, Excel, email).
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws related to cannabis and safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers/patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care and education.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, types, methods, and efficacy (no medical advice).
• Build rapport to promote repeat business; work in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders before pick-up and maintain clean workspaces.
