Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ and comply with local/state regulations.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and patients.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage as a wellness product.
• Assist with patient record management and ensure compliance with regulations as required.
• Process transactions at the POS and verify online orders for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized storefront and stock displays.
• Help managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
