Job summary

JARS Cannabis is seeking a Retail Representative to deliver outstanding customer care, learn product details, and promote programs in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. You will work closely with store leadership and report to the General Manager, training through JARS University to uphold policies and culture.

The role involves handling transactions, inventory tasks, and delivering a welcoming customer experience while adhering to safety and CRA rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service in a retail, sales, or hospitality environment.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains; cannabis/health industry experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs, provide product knowledge, and conduct transactions with accuracy.
• Utilize suggestive selling strategies and upsell products and promotions.
• Record transactions accurately in the POS system and manage cash drawer.
• Assist with inventory tasks and cross-train as needed.
• Open/close duties and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
