Job summary

JARS Cannabis is seeking a Retail Representative in Battle Creek, Michigan to deliver exceptional customer service, deep product knowledge, and a smooth checkout experience in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting.

Successful candidates will train through JARS University and work closely with store leadership, reporting to the General Manager while promoting loyalty programs and promotions to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and promotions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate POS and computer systems.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and provide product knowledge.
• Upsell products and promotions through suggestive selling.
• Record transactions accurately in the POS and manage cash drawer.
• Assist with inventory tasks and store upkeep.
• Follow store policies, attend training, and adhere to CRA rules.
