JARS Cannabis is seeking a Retail Representative to deliver exceptional customer care in a fast-paced cannabis dispensary. You will work with store leadership, report to the General Manager, and help customers with product knowledge, deals, and promotions while upholding company policies.

Successful candidates complete mandatory training through JARS University, participate in opening/closing duties, and contribute to a safe, clean, organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service in retail, sales, or hospitality.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains and applications.
• Cannabis/health industry experience desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess customer needs and provide product knowledge with accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize suggestive selling and upsell products and promotions.
• Accept coaching from upper management.
• Assist with inventory tasks as needed.
• Follow attendance policy and work scheduled shifts.
• Follow safety and CRA rules and policies.
• Promote Loyalty Program and referrals.
• Record transactions in the POS system with accurate cash drawer.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• Escalate customer issues to upper management.
• Maintain a positive, respectful attitude with customers and coworkers.
• Keep sales floor neat, clean, and organized.
• Cross-train and cover for short-staffed periods.
• Follow company policies and procedures in all interactions.
• Respond to customer and coworker needs promptly.
