JARS Cannabis in New Baltimore, Michigan seeks a Retail Representative dedicated to providing exceptional customer care and product knowledge. You will work with store leadership and report to the General Manager, ensuring accurate transactions and high standards of service.

Successful candidates complete mandatory training through JARS University, both virtually and in-person, to align with policies, procedures, and company culture. Availability for varied hours is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service in a retail, sales, and/or hospitality environment.
• Acquired knowledge of cannabis strains and applications.
• Cannabis industry and/or health industry experience highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of each customer, provide product knowledge, and conduct transactions with accuracy.
• Utilize suggestive selling strategies and upsell customers on products and promotions.
• Accept constructive criticism and coaching from upper management.
• Assist with inventory tasks when needed.
• Follow attendance policy and work scheduled shifts.
• Record transactions in the POS system and manage cash drawer.
