Job summary

JARS Cannabis is seeking a Retail Representative for Wayland, Michigan. You will deliver exceptional customer care, know our products, deals and promotions, and collaborate with store leadership under the General Manager’s direction.

You’ll complete mandatory training through JARS University, support transactions, handle cash, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor while promoting loyalty programs and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and promotions desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and provide product knowledge.
• Upsell products and promotions via suggestive selling.
• Accept coaching from management and follow attendance policy.
• Assist with inventory tasks as needed.
• Record transactions accurately in the POS system.
