Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older and legally able to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service in retail, sales or hospitality.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and applications is preferred.
• Cannabis or health industry experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; basic math ability.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and provide product knowledge with accuracy.
• Utilize suggestive selling and upsell promotions.
• Assist with inventory tasks as needed.
• Record transactions accurately in the POS system.
• Open and close duties and maintain cash drawer accuracy.
• Follow safety policies and company procedures; attend training.
