Job summary

JARS Cannabis seeks a motivated Retail Representative to deliver exceptional customer service in our store. You will work closely with store leadership, understand our products and promotions, and ensure accurate transactions and a positive customer experience.

Successful candidates will train through JARS University and join a fast-paced team that values inclusivity, collaboration, and community engagement. This role requires energy, reliability, and a passion for cannabis retail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in retail, sales, or hospitality.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains and applications is preferred.
• Cannabis or health industry experience is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and provide product knowledge to aid purchases.
• Upsell products and promotions using suggestive selling techniques.
• Record transactions accurately in the POS system and manage cash drawer.
• Assist with inventory tasks and support opening/closing duties.
• Escalate issues to management and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
