JARS Cannabis is hiring a Retail Representative to join our New Buffalo locations. You will deliver exceptional customer service, have knowledge of cannabis products, and collaborate with store leadership to meet sales goals. Training through JARS University ensures policy and culture alignment.

You’ll handle transactions, upsell promotions, and support inventory while maintaining a positive, fast-paced retail environment. Flexible hours include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in retail, sales, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and provide product knowledge.
• Upsell customers on products and promotions.
• Assist with inventory tasks and cash handling.
• Record transactions and operate the POS system.
• Maintain neat sales floor and follow safety policies.
