Job summary

JARS Cannabis in Aurora, Colorado is hiring a Retail Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and detailed product knowledge in a licensed cannabis store.

The role reports to the General Manager and requires MED badge eligibility, state compliance, and strong communication skills. Candidates should have at least 2 years of customer service experience and a basic understanding of cannabis products and promotions. Flexible shifts and a team-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a retail, sales, and/or hospitality environment.
• Acquired knowledge of cannabis strains and applications.
• Cannabis industry and/or health industry experience highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of each customer, provide product knowledge, and complete transactions accurately.
• Use suggestive selling strategies and upsell customers.
• Assist with inventory tasks as needed.
• Follow safety and MED rules and company policies.
• Promote JARS perks (Loyalty Program, Referrals).
• Record transactions accurately in the POS system and manage cash drawer.
