Job summary

JARS Cannabis in Michigan is seeking a Retail Representative to deliver outstanding customer care with knowledge of cannabis products, deals, and promotions. You will work closely with store leadership to serve customers and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Successful candidates will train through JARS University, perform POS transactions, upsell offerings, and help maintain a clean, well-organized store. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for in-person interactions.
• Experience handling cash and operating a POS system accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product knowledge and upsell promotions.
• Record transactions accurately and manage cash drawer.
• Maintain clean and organized sales floors and stocked shelves.
• Support with inventory tasks and be cross-trained for coverage.
• Escalate issues to store leadership when needed.
