Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service in retail, sales or hospitality.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains and applications.
• Cannabis industry experience desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and provide product knowledge.
• Upsell products and promotions.
• Assist with inventory tasks.
• Record transactions in POS with accuracy.
• Open and close duties; follow attendance policy.
• Escalate issues to management.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor.
• Cross-train and cover short-staffed shifts.
