Job summary

Story Cannabis is seeking a Shift Lead to guide daily operations and ensure an outstanding guest experience in our Phoenix store. You will lead the retail team, coach staff, oversee inventory, and maintain store standards.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage open/close procedures while upholding compliance. The candidate should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or cannabis, a high school diploma, and the ability to

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in retail, hospitality, or cannabis.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to work in the United States and be 21+.
