Story Cannabis in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily store operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will lead floor activities, coach the team, and uphold store standards while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

You will oversee onboarding for new staff, manage inventory processes, and support the management team to deliver outstanding service. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and a chance to grow in a fast-paced cannabis business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience in a retail, hospitality, or cannabis environment.
• Must be over 21 years of age and able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a resource for questions or issues from staff and customers.
• Oversee onboarding for all new retail associates.
• Assist with tracking of daily and monthly inventory.
• Assist with restocking the sales floor with cannabis and non-cannabis products.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Assist the Management team.
• Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.
• Develop and maintain rapport with our customers, vendors, service providers and staff.
• Explain the effects of different types of cannabis to customers and patients clearly and effectively.
• Set up and break down display cases per company standard.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and sanitization.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
