Vireo Health in Thornton, CO is seeking a Shift Lead to ensure smooth store operations. You’ll support the Store Director and Assistant Manager, uphold policies, and enhance the customer experience in a fast-paced cannabis dispensary.

This non-supervisory role focuses on customer service excellence, cash handling, and inventory coordination, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, training, and reliability to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service (40%): Welcome customers, provide product information, answer questions, assist with exchanges and returns, maintain a clean store environment.
• Cash Handling and Transactions (25%): Train staff on cash handling, perform cash reconciliation, assist in cash register audits.
• Inventory Management (15%): Help organize products, manage stock levels, support in-store promotions and inventory reporting.
• Other duties may be assigned based on business needs.
