Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to help run our Star Buds dispensary with a focus on customer service, compliance, and smooth operations. The Shift Lead role is non‑supervisory and supports the Store Director and Assistant Manager, handles cash procedures, inventory, and daily tasks while fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance, answering questions and helping customers find suitable product.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, striving to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
• Assist with returns and exchanges, ensuring a hassle-free process for customers.
• Support cash handling procedures and daily cash reconciliation.
• Participate in basic cash register audits and assist in procedures to improve cash flow.
• Contribute to inventory organization and restocking to ensure product availability.
