Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead to support store operations at the LivWell location in Log Lane, Colorado. The role emphasizes customer service, cash handling, and inventory coordination to ensure smooth, compliant daily workflow.

You will assist the Store Director and Assistant Manager, maintain policy adherence, and help create a positive customer experience in a fast-paced setting. Prior retail or cannabis knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Able to obtain MED badge in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Assist with cash handling, transactions, and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain organized, clean store environment and handle returns/exchanges.
• Collaborate with team to implement improvements based on feedback.
• Support inventory organization and restocking processes.
