Vireo Health’s Rocky Mountain operation seeks a Shift Lead to ensure smooth store operations and outstanding customer experiences. You will support the Store Director and Manager in policy adherence, training, and daily procedures while handling cash and inventory tasks.

The role emphasizes service quality, accuracy in cash handling, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment at our Longmont location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and product guidance to customers.
• Assist Store Director and Assistant Manager in policy adherence and store operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Lead cash handling procedures and assist in cash register accuracy.
• Support inventory management and in-store promotions.
• Collaborate with team to improve customer experience and efficiency.
