Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead at our Starbuds location in Longmont, CO. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient store operations in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

You will assist the Store Director and Assistant Manager, oversee cash handling, maintain inventory standards, and support daily procedures to keep the store running smoothly while promoting a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and product information.
• Assist with returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth process.
• Support cash handling procedures and daily cash reconciliation.
