Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations at our Thornton, Colorado location. You will provide excellent customer service, assist the Store Director and Assistant Manager, and ensure adherence to policies while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities include cash handling, transaction accuracy, inventory support, and promoting a smooth checkout experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, welcoming customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Assist Store Director and Assistant Manager in daily operations and policy adherence.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Support cash handling procedures and daily transactions with accuracy.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking activities.
• Contribute to smooth, efficient store operations through teamwork and attention to detail.
