Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is hiring a Shift Lead at our LivWell Lakewood dispensary. You’ll support the Store Director and Assistant Manager, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This non-supervisory role focuses on daily store operations, cash handling, inventory, and guest experience, with the goal of a seamless shopping visit and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21 years of age or older required.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, welcoming experience and assist customers with product information.
• Handle cash transactions and assist with cash reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Collaborate with the team on customer feedback improvements.
• Assist with returns and exchanges to ensure a hassle-free process.
• Support cash handling procedures and register operations.
