You’ll support the Store Director and Assistant Manager, ensure policy adherence, and keep daily operations running smoothly while delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

This non-supervisory role emphasizes teamwork, cash handling, inventory accuracy, and a friendly, compliant store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service (40%): Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed.
• Cash Handling and Transactions (25%): Support the team in training staff on proper cash handling and transaction procedures, perform daily cash reconciliation.
• Inventory Management (15%): Contribute to maintaining product quality and safety standards, assist in inventory organization and restocking.
• Assist with returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth process.
• Collaborate with team to implement process improvements based on feedback.
