Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead to support store operations and customer service excellence at our Albuquerque, NM location. You will partner with the Store Director and Assistant Manager to uphold policy adherence while enhancing the customer experience.

This non-supervisory role emphasizes hands-on store operations, cash handling, inventory, and teamwork to keep daily activities running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.
• Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, welcoming customer experience and assist as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance to help customers find suitable products.
• Address inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment for enjoyable shopping.
