Job summary

Curaleaf in Hanover, MA is seeking a Lead Store Associate to guide a team and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our cannabis retail location. You will coach staff, drive perform­ance, manage opening/closing, verify IDs, process transactions, and ensure inventory accuracy while upholding SOPs and state regulations.

This role requires weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday availability and a 21+ age minimum.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Minimum 6 months leadership experience in retail.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening/closing, cash reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.
