Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate to drive exceptional customer experiences and performance in a fast-paced retail setting. You will serve as a brand ambassador, coach a team, and ensure compliant, high-performing store operations.

Responsibilities include leading by example on customer service, managing inventory and POS transactions, and supporting leadership in daily operations while upholding SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum of 6 months leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in retail store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash drawer reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coach associates to build relationships and provide product education.
• Drive in-store sales and upsell, guiding customers through the rewards program.
• Execute opening/closing duties, cash reconciliation, and POS maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure loss prevention practices.
• Stay informed on promotions and product updates to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
