Job summary

Curaleaf in Miami is seeking a Lead Store Associate to be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences while guiding and inspiring your team. You’ll serve as a brand ambassador, drive performance, and help maintain a welcoming, compliant, and high-performing retail store environment.

Must be 21+ with a HS diploma or GED, at least 1 year in a customer-facing or sales role, 6 months leadership in retail, and experience with POS systems and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED certificate.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum 6 months in retail store operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Curaleaf team members need 6 months of experience as a Store Associate.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety protocols, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Execute opening/closing duties, daily huddles, and cash reconciliation.
• Verify customer IDs and maintain accurate POS profiles.
• Ensure inventory integrity through transactions and order fulfillment.
• Lead inventory counts and participate in overnight audits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready store and uphold SOPs.
• Achieve daily KPI goals through upselling and product education.
• Stay informed on promotions and product updates for a seamless experience.
