Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in West Palm Beach, FL to lead a dynamic retail team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will guide daily operations, ensure compliance, and act as a brand ambassador in a fast-paced, customer-focused store.

The role requires strong leadership, sales ability, and cash handling skills, with open availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months leadership experience in retail.
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on store operations experience.
