Curaleaf is opening a new Boston store and seeks a Retail Sales Associate to greet guests, guide product picks, and deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

You bring at least 6 months in a customer-facing role, POS experience, and a high school diploma. This full-time position offers weekend/evening shifts, competitive hourly pay, and benefits with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and occasional overnights.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist guests with product selection and upsell where appropriate.
• Process transactions and handle cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and loyalty programs.
