Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 3+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems required.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration and coaching abilities.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership in achieving sales goals and business growth.
• Lead by example to foster a service-minded retail environment.
• Provide cannabis product knowledge and guidance for a positive customer experience.
• Open/close the store and assign daily tasks.
• Perform and train the team on sales, inventory, and POS transactions.
• Coach employees and escalate concerns to leadership as needed.
• Ensure SOPs, compliance, and internal processes are followed; report issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory management and month/quarter/year-end processes.
