Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a retail setting.
• Minimum 6 months handling cash and operating POS systems.
• Experience with inventory checks and daily cash reconciliation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a welcoming store atmosphere and provide exceptional service.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver knowledgeable product guidance.
• Drive sales through consultative selling and upselling.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, daily huddles, and cash handling.
• Ensure inventory integrity and compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.
• Support leadership in achieving daily KPI goals.
