Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Hanover, MA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while guiding a team, ensuring a compliant and high-performing retail environment.

The candidate will mentor staff, manage daily operations, and drive sales through product knowledge and relationship-building. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, cash handling, POS accuracy, inventory checks, and staying informed on promotions.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a retail setting.
• Minimum 6 months handling cash and operating POS systems.
• Experience with inventory checks and daily cash reconciliation is preferred.
