Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate to drive exceptional customer experiences, coach a retail team, and ensure compliant, high-performing store operations at our Dubois location. You will lead by example in service, inventory control, and POS processes, while supporting opening/closing duties and daily KPI achievement.

The role requires 21+ years, 1 year retail and POS experience, and a passion for leadership in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment
• 1 year of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling
• 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment
• 6 months of hands-on experience in retail store operations and cash reconciliation
• Experience as Curaleaf Store Associate or similar role preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment and coach your team to deliver exceptional service
• Empower associates with personalized product recommendations and expert guidance
• Drive consultative selling and upsell through open-ended questions and active listening
• Enroll guests in rewards program and capture customer insights
• Maintain inventory integrity and accurate POS profiles
• Execute opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation
• Lead inventory counts and participate in overnight audits
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and compliant with SOPs and regulations
• Provide coaching and feedback to drive team performance
• Be adaptable, support cross-station operations as needed
