Ideal candidates have 3+ years of cannabis retail management, strong knowledge of Dutchie and Metrc, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of retail management in cannabis.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and dosing instructions.
• Strong POS and compliance tool knowledge (Dutchie, Metrc).
• Must be 21+ and pass background check.
• Valid ID or passport; reliable transportation.
• No scheduling restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, compliant distribution process for customers and guidelines.
• Ensure cannabis is accounted for and stock levels meet daily operations.
• Motivate and lead team; address problems quickly and drive goals.
• Handle cash/debit transactions accurately and maintain a balanced drawer.
• Review store sales goals and KPIs to improve operations and financial performance.
• Unpack, sort, count, and label merchandise, including special handling items.
• Train budtenders and lead staff; assist general managers.
• Receive store and inventory supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service; go the extra mile.
• Perform other duties to meet department/company goals.
