Justice Grown is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead the dispensary, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving profitability. This role requires availability nights, weekends, and holidays, and entails overseeing daily operations, staffing, budgeting, inventory, and compliance across state cannabis regulations.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to meet KPIs and elevate store performance.

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in retail management.
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams with a strong focus on talent development, mentorship, and succession planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Experience overseeing all aspects of retail operations, including merchandising, financial performance, inventory management, labor planning, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day dispensary operations while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and dispensary staff.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Drive sales performance and consistently achieve key business objectives and KPIs.
• Own the financial performance of the dispensary, including payroll forecasting, labor management, budgeting, expense control, and P&L accountability.
• Analyze business trends and implement strategies that maximize revenue, improve operational efficiency, and enhance profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, state cannabis regulations, and applicable laws.
• Maintain accurate inventory through effective inventory management, auditing, and loss prevention practices.
• Foster a culture centered on safety, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor staffing needs and create schedules that balance customer demand with financial objectives.
• Collaborate with corporate partners and senior leadership to successfully execute company initiatives.
• Complete operational reporting, administrative responsibilities, and required documentation accurately and on time
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
