Justice Grown is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead our Bethlehem dispensary operations, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving financial goals.

You will oversee staffing, training, inventory, compliance, and everyday store performance, with a focus on growth, safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success building and coaching high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day dispensary operations while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and staff.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent with a culture of accountability.
• Drive sales performance and achieve key business objectives and KPIs.
• Own payroll forecasting, labor management, budgeting, and P&L accountability.
• Analyze trends and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state cannabis regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and loss prevention practices.
• Monitor staffing needs and create schedules balancing demand and finances.
• Collaborate with corporate partners and senior leadership on initiatives.
