Justice Grown in Peoria, IL is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of the dispensary, from people leadership to financial performance.

You will recruit, coach, and retain staff, drive sales, ensure compliance with state cannabis regulations, manage inventory, and collaborate with corporate partners to execute initiatives.

This hands-on role requires evenings/weekends, strong analytics, and a commitment to safety and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail management.
• Proven ability to drive sales and consistently exceed performance goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing change in a dynamic business environment.
• Experience overseeing all aspects of retail operations, including labor planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day dispensary operations while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and staff.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent while fostering accountability and engagement.
• Drive sales performance and achieve key business objectives and KPIs.
