Job summary

Story Cannabis Co in Phoenix seeks a Retail General Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, finances, inventory, and staff performance in a fast-paced environment.

Lead a team of budtenders and shift leads, ensure compliant cash handling, quality customer service, and achievement of sales KPIs while maintaining store cleanliness and organization to reflect our brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail management experience within the cannabis industry.
• Verifiable knowledge of cannabis products and dosing instructions.
• Strong POS and compliance tooling experience (Dutchie, Metrc).
• Must be 21+ and able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, financials, and inventory control.
• Lead and develop budtenders, shift leads, and assistants to achieve goals.
• Ensure compliant cash handling and balanced cash drawer.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in sales and operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization to brand standards.
