JARS Cannabis is seeking a friendly Retail Representative in Wayland, Michigan to provide outstanding customer care and promote quality cannabis products.

You will work closely with store leadership, complete mandatory training through JARS University, and help customers with product knowledge, promotions, and loyalty program benefits.

This role requires standing, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, 21+ years old, and flexibility for varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in retail, sales, or hospitality.
• Acquired knowledge of cannabis strains and applications.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs, provide product knowledge, and conduct transactions with accuracy.
• Utilize suggestive selling and upsell on products and promotions.
• Record transactions accurately in the POS system and manage cash drawer.
• Assist with inventory tasks when needed.
• Follow store policies, procedures, and CRA rules.
