Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Lead and train team members to deliver memorable in-store customer experiences.
• Coordinate scheduling and store coverage to ensure omni-channel consistency (in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery).
• Assist onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
