Job summary

Green Thumb in Naperville is seeking a Leader in Training to join the store leadership team. You will rotate through critical dispensary functions to gain subject matter expertise in operations, experience, and people, progressing toward an Assistant General Manager role.

The role emphasizes supervising daily operations, communicating priorities, and optimizing the customer journey to deliver memorable experiences for patients and customers across all channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service or retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Must pass any background checks.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and inventory in the vault.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regional promotions.
• Manage cash handling, payments, discounts, and cash maintenance.
