Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Leader in Training to join the Chelsea, MA dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through critical functions to support operations, experience, and people, gaining subject matter expertise on the path to Assistant General Manager.

You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to the team, and optimize the customer journey while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or retail with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements (varied shifts incl. mornings, days, nights, weekends)

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and inventory management, ensuring vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regional in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee cash maintenance.
