Specter is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own the logistics and candidate experience for roles across engineering, software, supply chain, and operations. You will be the operational spine of the hiring process, tracking where each candidate sits and what is blocking progress while nudging as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination and/or executive assistant experience.
• Exceptionally organized; able to manage many moving pieces without dropping balls.
• Warm, approachable presence; you are the face of Specter to candidates and a daily partner to hiring managers.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and calendar tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling end to end across candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers, handling reschedules without losing momentum.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates from first outreach through onsite.
• Manage onsite and virtual interview logistics including rooms, agendas, prep materials, tours, and candidate travel.
• Keep the ATS clean and current for trustworthy pipeline data.
• Post and maintain open roles across ATS and external boards.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on debriefs, pipeline hygiene, and weekly hiring reporting.
