Hex Technologies is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and build the operating foundation for fast hiring.

You will schedule interviews, coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers, manage onsite logistics for the SF office, and help scale recruiting processes with data-driven improvements. This role suits someone organized and proactive in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in recruiting coordination or similar fast-paced role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; clear, warm, and concise.
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Availability to work from the San Francisco office at least 3 days/week (Tue-Thu).

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and coordination across teams and onsite/virtual loops.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to move processes quickly.
• Create a high-touch candidate experience from first interview to offer.
• Manage onsite logistics and create a welcoming office visit experience in SF.
• Keep recruiting systems (Ashby, ModernLoop, Notion, Juicebox) accurate and up to date.
• Identify bottlenecks and fix issues; use data to improve processes.
• Help build recruiting processes, workflows, templates, and AI-automation as volume grows.
