Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking highly motivated Recruiters with 6 months to 1.5 years of US staffing experience to handle bulk hiring across Engineering, Manufacturing/Production, and Data Center roles.

In a fast-paced environment, you will own requirements end-to-end, build strong candidate pipelines, and conduct high-volume outreach to close positions on tight timelines. This role requires proactive ownership and relentless candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1.5 years of US Staffing / Recruitment experience.
• Bulk/high-volume hiring experience.
• Experience recruiting in Engineering, Manufacturing/Production, or Data Center domains.
• Proven ability to make 80+ calls per day.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• MS Excel/Spreadsheets proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume/bulk hiring for Engineering, Manufacturing/Production, and Data Center roles.
• Source, screen, qualify, and engage candidates across channels.
• Make 80+ calls per day and maintain candidate engagement.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for repetitive, high-volume needs.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout hiring process.
• Track recruiting metrics and pipeline activity in spreadsheets/ATS/VMS.
• Collaborate with recruiters, team leads, account managers, and hiring managers.
• Take ownership of assigned positions through the recruitment lifecycle.
