Guardant Health, Inc. is seeking a field-based Account Executive to promote the Shield colorectal cancer blood test to primary care providers.

You will drive early detection-focused strategies, educate providers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration into provider workflows. The role requires building strong relationships, meeting sales targets, and supporting launches across national territories in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of customer-facing sales experience in healthcare (diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales).
• Preferred: experience selling to primary care providers and knowledge of diagnostic products.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets through prospecting, relationship-building, and execution of national sales strategies.
• Engage healthcare providers and gain commitment to adopt Shield test for CRC and other cancers; educate providers.
• Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and product teams to align sales strategies and launch plans.
• Plan and execute launches of new cancer screening technologies and identify opportunities within territory.
